★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada,marquei um horário para tosar minha poodle que é idosa, e simplesmente ignoraram,nao vieram buscar e a justificativa foi a pior, disseram que na sexta-feira o atendimento é maior,por isso que não vierem. Mas se agendei na terça, para o primeiro horário de sexta-feira, como assim nao teria como?So firmaram o agendamento?

Disappointed, I made an appointment to shear my elderly poodle, and they simply ignored it, they didn't come looking for it and the justification was the worst, they said that on Friday the attendance is higher, that's why they don't come. But if I scheduled it on Tuesday, for the first time on Friday, how could I not have done so?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Mandei meu cachorro para tomar banho e tosar mandaram o mesmo com o pelo todo úmido, fedendo e sem tosar! Me falaram que não tosou pq o mesmo estava embolado (o que de fato era uma mentira pois o meu cachorro sempre e escovado em casa para tirar os pelos solto) não fizeram nem a tosa higiênica e me cobraram praticamente o msm valor de um banho com tosa. Nunca mais retorno no lugar e NÃO INDICO!
