★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar velho, mal cuidado. O atendimento énuma vergonha, pessoas que sequer entendem de aviação, mal educados, tratam as pessoas como se fizessem um favor. Serviço lento, confuso, demorado, os funcionários não sabem atender nem sabem a quem direcionar em cada caso.
Old, poorly maintained place. The service is a shame, people who don't even know about aviation, badly educated, treat people as if they were doing them a favor. Slow, confusing, time-consuming service, employees do not know how to answer or know who to direct in each case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo local. Dispõe de estacionamento para quem for fazer provas ou resolver algo. Dispões também de sofá, televisão e bebedouro. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e ajudam no que podem.
Great location. Parking is available for those taking tests or solving something. You also have a sofa, TV and drinking fountain. The staff are extremely attentive and help in whatever way they can.

A substituição de órgãos diretamente ligados ao governo por uma autarquia, em 2005, visou a uma administração mais autônoma e técnica da aviação civil nacional, buscada por meio de descentralização administrativa e menor influência política direta. Muitos especialistas defenderam a medida argumentando que ela influenciaria positivamente o setor atraindo investimentos, dada a criação de um ambiente econômico propício devido à criação e manutenção de regras novas e estáveis.
Em 2017 a ANAC autorizou as operadoras aéreas a cobrarem pelo transporte das bagagens dos passageiros sob a promessa de que tal medida reduziria os preços das passagens. Entretanto, no período imediatamente posterior a liberação da cobrança, entre junho e setembro de 2017, os preços foram majorados em 35,9%, segundo dados da FGV. De acordo com levantamento do IBGE, entretanto, a elevação foi mais moderada, de 16,9%.
The National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) is a federal regulatory agency whose responsibility is to regulate and supervise civil aviation activity in Brazil, both in terms of its economic aspects and with respect to the technical safety of the sector.
The replacement of organs directly linked to government by an autarchy in 2005 aimed at a more autonomous and technical administration of national civil aviation, sought through administrative decentralization and less direct political influence. Many experts defended the measure by arguing that it would positively influence the industry by attracting investment, given the creation of a conducive economic environment due to the creation and maintenance of new and stable rules.
In 2017, ANAC authorized the airlines to charge for the transportation of passengers' luggage under the promise that such a measure would reduce ticket prices. However, in the period immediately following the release of the charge, between June and September 2017, prices were increased by 35.9%, according to FGV data. According to IBGE survey, however, the increase was more moderate, of 16.9%.
