â â â â â Ganhei uma rasteirinha de presente, no primeiro uso a sandĂĄlia começou a descascar mesmo usando por pouquĂssimo tempo, retornei na loja pedindo a troca do produto, na qual a gerente me informou que a sandĂĄlia teria q ir para anĂĄlise, eu expliquei q tinha data para usar a sandĂĄlia e nĂŁo poderia esperar os 15 dias da anĂĄlise, apĂłs meia hora na loja me recusando a ir embora sem meu produto trocado ou o estorno, a gerente se comunica com outra pessoa e resolve efetuar a minha troca. Novamente, apĂłs o primeiro uso do produto, a sandĂĄlia retornou a descascar. Foi o primeiro produto anacapri q eu tive e serĂĄ o Ășltimo, valores altos para produtos com pĂ©ssima qualidade.
 I got a pair of flats as a gift, on the first use the sandal started to peel even though I was wearing it for a very short time, I returned to the store asking to exchange the product, in which the manager informed me that the sandal would have to go for analysis, I explained that there was a date for wearing the sandal and couldn't wait 15 days for the analysis, after half an hour at the store refusing to leave without my product exchanged or the refund, the manager communicates with someone else and decides to make my exchange. Again, after the first use of the product, the sandal started to peel again. It was the first anacapri product I had and it will be the last, high prices for products with poor quality.

Comprei um presente p/ minha namorado, no primeiro uso a sandĂĄlia ficou em pĂ©ssima qualidade, fomos trocar, tivemos que passar por um estresse, conseguimos trocar e novamente, bastou um uso e o âcouroâ ja ficou descascando novamente⊠agr nĂŁo vamos mais atras de trocar, so esquecer a experiĂȘncia com a marca msm!
POOR QUALITY product!! The manager even made an effort to help with the exchange, but unfortunately the product is of terrible quality!
I bought a gift for my boyfriend, the first time the sandal was used, we changed it, we had to go through some stress, we managed to change it and again, all it took was one use and the "leather" was already peeling again... agr let's not go anymore after changing, just forget about the experience with the msm brand!
