â â â â â Que atendimento horrĂvel! AliĂĄs, nĂŁo tem atendimento. Estive na loja no dia 15/10. Tinha uma pessoa lĂĄ, que parece que estava sĂł de corpo presente, acho que alma nĂŁo estava lĂĄ. Entrei e sai, a pessoa nĂŁo abriu a boca em momento algum pra sequer me cumprimentar, com uma cara de quem estava com indigestĂŁo.
Estava procurando uma rasteirinha, entrei e disse que ia dar uma olhada, mas me senti constrangida pq não esboçou reação alguma, apenas se levantou do banco no qual estava sentada e ficou parada como um poste. Sai e disse "obrigada" e ainda assim ela não se deu ao trabalho de responder. Péssimo!
 What a horrible service! In fact, there is no service. I was at the store on 10/15. There was a person there, who seems to have only a body present, I think the soul was not there. I went in and out, the person didn't open his mouth at any time to even greet me, with a face like someone with indigestion.
I was looking for a flatbed, I went in and said I was going to take a look, but I felt embarrassed because I didn't show any reaction, just got up from the bench on which I was sitting and stood there like a post. I walked out and said "thank you" and still she didn't bother to respond. Terrible!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento no PĂłs venda. Comprei um chinelo no dia 24/12 para presentear minha esposa, e um dos pĂ©s estava machucando. O outro pĂ© estava perfeito.Obs: Era notĂłrio que havia uma diferença grotesca entre os dois pĂ©s. Minha esposa foi atĂ© lĂĄ hoje pra relatar o fato , e a vendedora pegou outro par para ela experimentar. Para o espanto dela , o pĂ© que machucava no outro par ficou bom ....e o estava bom começou a machucar. Vejam era sĂł inverter os pĂ©s e fazer a troca . A atendente disse que nĂŁo podia fazer isso... Gente a solução estava na mĂŁo dela ....simples. porĂ©m se negaram a fazer. E o pior orientaram ela a usar o secador de cabelo no chinelo pra ver se melhora. Absurdo....
Poor service in the After Sales. I bought a slipper on 12/24 as a gift to my wife, and one of her feet was hurting. The other foot was perfect. Note: It was obvious that there was a grotesque difference between the two feet. My wife went there today to report the fact, and the seller took another pair for her to try. To her amazement, the foot that was hurting in the other pair got good....and the good one started to hurt. Look, it was just inverting the feet and making the switch. The attendant said she couldn't do that... People, the solution was in her hands....simple. but they refused to do it. And worst of all, they told her to use the hair dryer in her slipper to see if she got better. Absurd....
