Ana Capri is ok, the products are clearly very good, beautiful and of high quality, but if you know how to do a better research in less famous stores you can find better and much cheaper shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse é o resultado após 1 único uso das sapatilhas da Ana Capri. Extremamente insatisfeita, pois comprei 2 pares, gastei R$250 reais e a loja ainda se recusou a fazer a troca alegando não haver defeito. Como não? Material podre que machuca o pé dos clientes, pior defeito não há.
This is the result after 1 single use of Ana Capri's shoes. Extremely unsatisfied, because I bought 2 pairs, I spent R $ 250 reais and the store still refused to make the exchange claiming no defect. How not? Rotten material that hurts customers' feet, the worst defect there is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei minhas sapatilhas na loja! Nunca tive problemas, até que no começo da pandemia comprei a sapatilha das fotos, e aí ficamos em casa. Após quase 1 ano e meio retornamos e fui tentar trocar ou arrumar a sapatilha, que foi um defeito na costura, e não de uso ou mal uso e não consegui resolver.... É isso fez com que a loja/marca caísse no meu conceito...Notem que a sapatilha está novaaaa e isso ocorre no 2 ° dia de uso!!
I always buy my shoes at the store! I never had any problems, until at the beginning of the pandemic I bought the sneaker in the photos, and then we stayed at home. After almost 1 year and a half we returned and I went to try to change or fix the shoe, which was a defect in the sewing, and not from use or misuse and I couldn't solve it.... That's what made the store/brand fall into my concept...Note that the shoe is brand new and this happens on the 2nd day of use!!
