★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo na loja vila lobos, comprei uma sapatilha descosturada e ainda tem que analisar o defeito dentro de 30 dias, defeito visivel e ainda precisam analisar, achei que uma loja do porte da Anacapri tivesse mais empatia pelo cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um presente em outra loja da Anacapri e me foi garantido que poderia trocar em qualquer loja da Anacapri...acontece que a unidade do Villa Lobos em SP não realiza esse tipo de troca.
Uma decepção muito grande com a marca que infelizmente me faz repensar em comprar novamente. Um constrangimento vc dar um presente pra alguém e passar por isso. Se forem comprar pra presente saibam que eles dificultam a troca. Não recomendo
