★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje à loja do Shopping Bella Vista ,dia 18.09.2021 efetuar uma troca, na hora do pagamento da diferença da troca a gerente da loja solicitou meu CPF e disse que seria obrigatório para efetuar o pagamento, eu não concordei, ela me disse que se não quisesse fornecer meus dados e realizar o cadastro eu teria que fazer o pagamento em espécie, me obrigando a fornecer meu CPF para um pagamento com cartão de crédito, como pode isso? Quando realizei a compra gastando mais de 1.000,00 na loja não me pediram nada e agora que vou fazer a troca fazem de tudo para dificultar. Insatisfeita com atendimento e postura da funcionária deixei meu biquíni que custa 180,00 na loja , aguardo solução, não pretendo fazer mais a troca e sim o ressarcimento.
Ps: Pagamento em espécie não precisa de CPF e cartão precisa, me ajude PROCON

Dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the employee, I left my bikini which costs 180.00 at the store, I await a solution, I do not intend to make the exchange anymore, but the reimbursement.
Ps: Cash payment does not need CPF and card does, help me PROCON
