Estive na loja 11/03/2021 e agendaram para segunda, 8:00 15/03/2021 levei no horário, em nenhum momento um mecânico conversa com você para escutar os problemas do veículo, apenas a secretária, passei a lista para resolver, luz do abs, air bag, trocar trizeta e homocinetica, e passar orçamento da troca de óleo de cambio, falei que peguei o carro a pouco tempo e que estava trepidando entre 40-70 km , que já tinha trocado o lado esquerdo(trizeta, homocinetica e balanceado as rodas) e também falei que já tinha passado 4 scanners no carro e não encontraram problema no ABS, inclusive uns recomendaram a reprogramação e foi mediante esse motivo que fui a loja, por recomendação de outro mecânico, os demais serviços aproveitei para ver já que a loja foi indicada e pensei que seria um atendimento legal, mas não foi o que ocorreu, apesar de deixar o carro na segunda as 8 da manhã o orçamento só me foi passado na terça 16 da tarde e não tinha 1 serviço especifico dos que passei, olharam a parte de baixo e passaram apenas serviços de troca de buchas, axiais, troca de óleo, correia e esticador do carro, não era os serviços específicos que pedi, então questionei, e quanto fica para resolver abs, trizeta, homocinetica, e air bag que foi o que pedi, e disse que eu iria na loja no outro dia para decidir o que eu realmente ia fazer, e os preços de algumas peças na cidade estavam fora da realidade, e que algumas peças compraria e levaria lá para fazer depois, então providenciei as peças dos serviços que autorizei ser feito. Então me passaram o preço do serviço do ABS que disse que devia ser problema interno(sendo que o scanner não acusou nada, mesma coisa das outras 4x) ou reprogramação e que custaria R$ 680,00 reais, mas NÃO garantiam que ia resolver o problema , mas mesmo assim cobrariam, disseram ter custo para fazer acesso online, eu falei, mas pagar 680,00 para não resolver o problema, é muito caro, se me cobrar apenas o acesso online eu pago se Não resolver e se resolver eu pago os 680,00, o que foi recusado, mediante a recusa eu fiquei frustrado, por um valor tão alto por um serviço não garantido a solução, mesmo assim ainda estava decidindo se faria ou não, queria conversar com o responsável para saber se valeria a pena o risco, mas o mesmo não podia atender, fui para casa e deixei as peças para fazer os serviços, e a atendente me enviou um zap me dizendo que ia me cobrar o scanner que não encontrou nada e não resolveu nada, e questionei, pois o scanner dele mostrou o mesmo que os outros 4 mostrou e não resolveu, então decidirão que eu devia retirar meu veículo de lá e procurar outro lugar, pois assim o fiz, mas achei uma tremenda falta de consideração ao cliente, eu comprei as peças fui atrás, avisei que não faria todos os serviços que eles disseram , sempre fui claro, agora depois de eu ter comprado as peças para um serviço que não demora 2 horas para ser feito me mandarem retirar o carro, pois ainda não tinha decido fazer o serviço de 680,00 reais e reclamei de cobrarem o scanner sem solução, sendo que era a quinta vez que estava sendo passado o scanner, se tivesse conversado comigo eu diria todos os erros que tinha no sistema do carro, que seria leitura da entrada de ar no motor, air bag e abs nem acusa no scanner, fui lá para solucionar apenas o abs , e já ia gastar 610,00 mão de obra , pois também ia trocar as travas do carro lá . se já foi bom eu não sei, o que sei que minha experiência foi péssima. Perdi 3 dias e sai sem solução. Resumo : Fui em outro mecânico, e as peças que solicitaram para trocar estavam todas boas, apenas um coifa de uma axial estava ruim, e a outra apenas estava sem presilha, acabei gastando 190 reais em peças, e deveria ter gasto 40,00 em apenas uma coifa da axial isso para esse serviço. Não indico a ninguém a oficina, e a trizeta, homocinética, incluindo a tulipa da trizeta realmente estavam ruins e eles alegavam que essa parte estava boa, e era exatamente o que tinha pedido para trocar, agora estou estou é feliz de ter retirado o veículo e não indico a ninguém a oficina.

Then they gave me the price of the ABS service, which said that it must be an internal problem (the scanner didn't charge anything, same thing as the other 4x) or reprogramming and that it would cost R $ 680.00 reais, but did NOT guarantee that it would solve the problem. problem, but they would still charge, they said it cost to do online access, I said, but paying 680.00 to not solve the problem, it is very expensive, if I charge only online access I pay if it does not solve and if I solve it I pay the 680.00, which was refused, upon refusal I was frustrated, for such a high price for an unsecured service the solution, even so I was still deciding whether to do it or not, I wanted to talk to the person in charge to find out if it would be worth it. sorry for the risk, but I couldn't answer it, I went home and left the parts to do the services, and the attendant sent me a zap saying that I was going to charge me for the scanner that found nothing and didn't solve anything, and I questioned, because his scanner showed the same as the other 4 I show ue didn’t solve it, so they will decide that i should remove my vehicle from there and look for another place, because i did it, but i found a tremendous lack of consideration for the customer, i bought the parts, went after, warned that i wouldn’t do all the services they they said, I was always clear, now after I bought the parts for a service that doesn’t take 2 hours to be done, I was asked to remove the car, as I hadn’t yet decided to do the 680.00 reais service and I complained about charging the scanner no solution, since it was the fifth time that the scanner was being passed, if you had talked to me I would tell you all the errors I had in the car system, which would be reading the air intake on the engine, air bag and abs or accusing the scanner , I went there to solve only the abs, and I was going to spend 610.00 labor, because I was also going to change the car locks there. if it was already good I don't know, what I know is that my experience was terrible. I lost 3 days and left without a solution. Summary: I went to another mechanic, and the parts they requested to exchange were all good, only one hood of one axial was bad, and the other was just missing a clip, I ended up spending 190 reais on parts, and I should have spent 40.00 on just an axial hood this for that service. I do not tell anyone about the workshop, and the blender, homokinetic, including the blister tulip was really bad and they claimed that this part was good, and it was exactly what I had asked to change, now I am happy to have removed the vehicle and I don't recommend the workshop to anyone.
