★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peixada para 4 pessoas vem bem servida, serviu bem 5 adultos. A tábua de carne de sol, servida como petisco, é pequena levando em conta o preço. No mais, o atendimento é bom, os garçons são rápidos e atenciosos.
The fish stew for 4 people is well served, it served 5 adults well. The plate of carne de sol, served as a snack, is small considering the price. The service is good, the waiters are quick and attentive.

Pedimos almoço que demorou mais de 1hr.
Água de côco demorou 20 minutos para chegar e caladinho também.
Não indico! Não vale a pena passar raiva. Tem restaurantes muito melhores na região. Pesquisem!

Além da flexibilidade do pagamento aceitando cartões e espécie .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Âncora costumava ser o "point" da minha família em Aldeia, até que neste feriado da Semana Santa fomos até lá e o garçom disse que não poderíamos mais ficar com PET na área comum, apenas em umas mesas do canto do restaurante.
Não sei onde está a cabeça dos donos do local, pois nem em Recife existe mais esse tipo de prática, que ficou no passado. É importante pontuar que o público de Aldeia, via de regra, é um público que valoriza o Meio Ambiente e sempre conviveu com animais. Inclusive costumava-se ir à cavalo para lá!
Em tempos modernos, em que muitas vezes os Pets fazem parte da família, uma medida como a do Âncora pode ser o caminho para a falência. Inadmissível não poder ficar com cachorro em um local aberto e público. Aproveito para dizer que na ocasião, meus pais não aceitaram ficar e voltaram para casa. Apenas fiquei pois tinha marcado com meu cunhado e já estávamos no local, mas com certeza não voltarei mais.
Vale ainda ressaltar que vocês usurpam espaço público de calçada/recuo da estrada para benefício próprio.
Por fim, 3 dicas:
1) comprem pão de alho de mercado, esses da Santa Massa, que é bem melhor do que aquilo que vocês chamam de pão de alho. Péssimo.
2) Esquentem o caldinho direito. Caldinho frio ninguém merece.
3) Higienizem aqueles cardápios, que fedem horrores. Fico imaginando como deve ser a cozinha, onde os clientes não veem.
O Âncora, sem dúvidas, foi de um restaurante ótimo para medíocre muito rápido. Respeito e qualidade caíram da noite pro dia.
Âncora used to be my family's "point" in Aldeia, until this Holy Week holiday we went there and the waiter said that we could no longer keep PET in the common area, only on some tables in the corner of the restaurant.
I don't know where the head of the owners of the place is, because even in Recife there is no more this type of practice, which is in the past. It is important to point out that the Aldeia public, as a rule, is a public that values the Environment and has always lived with animals. They even used to go there on horseback!
In modern times, when Pets are often part of the family, a measure like that of the Anchor can be the path to bankruptcy. It is unacceptable not to be able to keep a dog in an open and public place. I take the opportunity to say that at the time, my parents did not accept to stay and returned home. I only stayed because I had an appointment with my brother-in-law and we were already at the place, but I will definitely not be back.
It is also worth mentioning that you usurp public space on the sidewalk/back of the road for your own benefit.
Finally, 3 tips:
1) buy garlic bread from the market, the ones from Santa Massa, which is much better than what you call garlic bread. Terrible.
2) Heat the broth straight. Cold broth nobody deserves it.
3) Sanitize those menus, which stink like hell. I wonder what the kitchen must be like, where customers don't see it.
Ancora, without a doubt, went from a great restaurant to mediocre very quickly. Respect and quality dropped overnight.
