★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior atendimento de uma empresa já visto , liguei antes de ir e o atendente me disse que abria 7:30 então cheguei no 8:00 e estavam todos tomando café , fiquei na porta durante 1 hora aguardando e ngm foi me receber então fui embora sem o equipamento que ia alugar, que horrível !
worst service of a company ever seen, i called before going and the clerk told me it was open 7:30 am so i arrived at 8:00 am and they were all drinking coffee, i was at the door for 1 hour waiting and ngm went to receive me so i left without the equipment I was going to rent, how horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo localização, próxima as principais avenidas do Rio. Um pouco ruim na demorar de liberação de material. Sem contar que vc próprio tem que carregar ou descarregar ou contratar 1 ou mais chapa para poder carregar ou descarregar o caminhão. Eles só separam os materiais quem carrega na loja é vc. Fora isso não tenho o que reclamar.
Great location, close to the main avenues of Rio. A little bad for the delay in releasing material. Not to mention that you yourself have to load or unload or hire 1 or more plates to be able to load or unload the truck. They only separate the materials, whoever carries them in the store is you.
