★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com bom preço, mas depois de uma semana tentando contato via ligação no 3328-2200 só consegui indo até a loja, aluguel fechado precisei confirmar detalhe para retirada; simplesmente NÃO existe disponibilidade de contato nesse número. Hoje, segunda-feira 26/04 chegaram me atender uma vez, o atendimento foi como se fosse interno, (nada profissional, bom dia, empresa tal...) , falei da minha dificuldade, a pessoa só disse; INSTANTE, vou verificar, DESLIGOU e não consigo mais contato. ( Chamada de ocupado)
ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE NOTA 1 - Se não existe contato via ligação só REMOVER o número.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça da recepção não informa as normas e condições direito, muito mal educada e nem um pouco atenciosa! Se você estiver afim de passar raiva, procure esse estabelecimento! Me fizeram sair de Vitória aqui na Serra pra buscar as peças pra na hora que cheguei na loja eles não liberarem, mt falta de informação e noção tbm!
The girl at the reception does not inform the rules and conditions right, very rude and not at all attentive! If you are in the mood for anger, look for this establishment!
