Desde as recepcionistas, corretores e demais funcionários, até ao próprio dono, todas as pessoas são profissionais altamente atenciosos e bem qualificados.
Fiz a locação de um imóvel em Inoã e o atendimento foi maravilhoso.
Eles trabalham com seguradora, o que facilita demais a vida dos locatários pois não há necessidade de depósito para garantia locatícia. Indico a empresa por ser muito mais do que 5 estrelas.

I rented a property in Inoã and the service was wonderful.
They work with an insurance company, which makes the tenants' lives much easier as there is no need for a deposit to guarantee the rent. I indicate the company for being much more than 5 stars.

Aconselho a todos a fotografarem todas as imperfeições encontradas ao entrar, entregarem (mediante recibo à imobiliária )para usarem como prova na saída.
They reject painting done by the renter so that he forcibly pays the exorbitant price of the professional chosen by them.

Isso aconteceu dentro da imobiliária após agendamento formal para visitação. Péssimo tratamento com cliente.
They refused to present the property to me unless I had a car.
This happened inside the real estate company after a formal visit. Bad customer treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, e Não RECOMENDADO, se alguém quiser ser aborrecer, extressar, ou mesmo entrar numa severá depressão, eu indico, bem sei que cuidados devemos ter pra quem se alugar um imóvel, mas são tantas exigências, qdo se entra no imóvel, como se sai, que no final eles só vem o lado deles, tiver experiência próprias...isso pra quem pagar as suas contas em dias, imagino quem não pagar...
Terrible, and NOT RECOMMENDED, if anyone wants to be bored, overreacting, or even getting into a severe depression, I point out, I know that care should be taken for those who rent a property, but there are so many requirements, when entering the property, as if come out, that in the end they only come to their side, have their own experience ... this for those who pay their bills in days, I wonder who does not pay ...
