★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma belíssima loja , porém o pós venda é péssimo, não possuem nenhum interesse em resolver a troca do produto, principalmente da mocinha q fica no cx da loja , sem contar o uso inadequado da máscara.

Primeiro a menina simplesmente não queria pegar o tênis que estava na vitrine, depois perguntou se eu queria ou não a caixa do tênis que eu estava comprando e ainda me deu uma caixa completamente rasgada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vendedora esta impaciente e não estava disposta a mostra as mercadorias,comprei por que precisa de um presente,e como não conhecia não sabia que no andar de cima tem loja do mesmo segmento,poderia ter comprado mais.Mas a moça do caixa bem diferente atenciosa e prestativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei as duas lojas do shopping Lá plage Guarujá, na primeira loja do piso superior a vendedora me apresentou algumas camisetas cheias de defeitos, desfiando e até com furos e a moça disse que era porque as camisetas estavam nas araras há muito tempo e que eu podia buscar as mesmas peças na loja de baixo. E a vendedora voltou as camisetas nas araras.
Fui até a loja de baixo e o vendedor que me abordou, estava com dificuldade de identificar o tamanho das peças, havia diversas peças sem preços e o vendedor também não sabia.
Solicitei algumas peças de tamanhos diferentes das araras e o vendedor foi buscar nas gavetas de estoque, meu Deus, nunca vi tamanha bagunça, as camisetas do estoque estavam largadas, bagunçadas, emboladas na gaveta. Nunca vi tamanha desorganização.
Não existe cuidado com as roupas.
Cai fora, nunca mais volto.
I visited the two stores in the Lá plage Guarujá mall, in the first store on the top floor the saleswoman showed me some t-shirts full of defects, fraying and even with holes and the girl said that it was because the shirts had been on the racks for a long time and that I could get the same parts from the shop below. And the seller returned the shirts to the racks.
I went to the store below and the seller who approached me was having difficulty identifying the size of the pieces, there were several pieces without prices and the seller didn't know either.
I ordered some pieces of different sizes from the racks and the seller went to get them in the stock drawers, my God, I've never seen such a mess, the stock shirts were dropped, messed up, rolled up in the drawer. I have never seen such disorganization.
There is no care with clothes.
Get out, never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja Fraca , Ganhei um presente dessa loja q não me serviu ,tentei trocar e não tinha um meu número ,tentei trocar por outra coisa e nunca tinha o q eu queria , perguntei ( via watts ) ,onde se viu uma loja vender camisas de time de futebol e não fazer a personalização pq a máquina tá quebrada ,por fim acabou o prazo de troca e tive q ficar com algo q não me serviu ! Há o atendimento tbm é fraco .
