★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocam preços nos produtos e quando vamos pagar o preço é outro. Mesmo sabendo da lei que obriga a vender pelo menor preço, não aceitaram vender.
Um bebedouro estava com preço de 7,90 e ao pagar era 24,90. Fomos até a prateleira e reconheceram que o preço estava errado, mas não venderam pelo menor preço.
They put prices on the products and when we are going to pay, the price is different. Even though they knew about the law that obliges them to sell at the lowest price, they refused to sell.
A drinking fountain was priced at 7.90 and when paying it was 24.90. We went to the shelf and recognized that the price was wrong, but they didn't sell it at the lowest price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei quanto a outros serviços, mas pra parte de aquarismo a loja é horrivel, produtos mal distribuidos, nunca se acha nada e quando acha os preços sao absurdos, nas baterias se encontra peixes morrendo e caramujos literalmente se enfiando dentro das proprias fezes.. baterias de bettas femeas com os peixes se matando e mal conseguindo nadar, os bettas machos como de costume ficam em potes de plastico e ate ai tudo bem ja que e pra venda, mas nitidamente se percebe que nem aos potes pequenos é dado manutençao de tanta sujeira, sem contar que alguns ficam com literalmente 1 dedo de agua somente e o peixe tem que ficar de lado pra ficar coberto, sem contar que os atendentes nunca sabem responder nada sobre o assunto.. 1 estrela é luxo DEMAIS pro serviço prestado.
I don't know about other services, but for aquarism the store is horrible, products are poorly distributed, you never find anything and when you do, the prices are absurd, in the batteries you find fish dying and snails literally sticking themselves into their own feces.. batteries of female bettas with the fish killing each other and barely able to swim, the male bettas as usual are in plastic pots and so far so good since it's for sale, but you can clearly see that not even the small pots are given so much maintenance dirt, not to mention that some are left with literally only 1 finger of water and the fish has to be on the side to be covered, not to mention that the attendants never know how to answer anything on the subject.. 1 star is TOTAL luxury for the service provided.
