Tive uma consulta com a dra. Júlia para extração do Siso, a doutora não olhou a minha boca, fez somente uma entrevista, me passou uma receita sem assinar e não consegui comprar a amoxilina.
Na semana da extração foi alterado o horário da consulta, porém tiver q aceitar. No dia da consulta informei q me atrasaria uns 15 minutos e q já estava dentro do shopping, porém como atrasei 17 minutos não fui atendido. A fiquei pensando, quando a doutora precisa somos flexíveis, porém não há reciprocidade, me ofereceram para reagendada para o ano q vem, pensei bem e resolvi desistir. Vou procurar um local que tenha mais cuidado com o cliente e reciprocidade

I had an appointment with Dr. Julia for extraction of Siso, the doctor did not look at my mouth, made only one interview, gave me a prescription without signing and I was unable to buy the amoxylin.
In the week of the extraction, the appointment time was changed, but you have to accept it. On the day of the consultation I informed that I would be 15 minutes late and that I was already inside the mall, but as I was 17 minutes late I was not attended. I kept thinking, when the doctor needs we are flexible, but there is no reciprocity, I was offered to reschedule for next year, I thought well and decided to give up. I will look for a place that is more careful with the customer and reciprocity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive algumas consultas com a Dr Ana Luiza e ela é simplesmente maravilhosa. Super simpática e gentil. Ela além de tratar muito bem os pacientes, faz um trabalho impecável.
Não tenho nada de ruim pra falar desse consultório, pelo contrário, recomendo para todos, pois sei que não irão se arrepender.
