★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível com o André! Encomendei um balcão de granito dia 20/12/2021, ele me deu o prazo de entrega até 10 dias. Dia 05/01/2022 liguei várias vezes, falei no whatsapp até que ele me respondeu dizendo que tinha ficado doente e não tinha feito o balcão, até ai tudo bem, imprevistos acontecem! Me deu um novo prazo para dia 10/01/2022, fiquei no aguardo, e mais uma vez sem sucesso! A partir desde dia ele não responde mais minhas mensagens, não atende ligações. Deu um sumiço! Nesse meio tempo um rapaz que trabalhava pra ele foi buscar minha cuba para instalação, quando foi hoje consegui contato com o rapaz e ele me falou que ele não tinha feito o balcão! me atrasando este tempo todo, pois tinha mandado quebrar minha atual pia para instalação como tinha sido combinado com o André! Enfim... hoje consegui recuperar minha pia para mandar fazer em outro prestador de serviço. Não indico e nem aconselho esta marmoraria caso queira ter paz e responsabilidade no seu serviço!
I had a horrible experience with André! I ordered a granite counter on 12/20/2021, he gave me a delivery time of up to 10 days. On 01/05/2022 I called several times, talked on whatsapp until he replied saying that he had gotten sick and hadn't done the counter, so far so good, unforeseen things happen! He gave me a new deadline for 01/10/2022, I was waiting, and once again without success! From that day on, he doesn't answer my messages anymore, he doesn't answer calls. It disappeared! In the meantime, a guy who worked for him went to get my sink for installation, when he went today I got in touch with the guy and he told me he hadn't done the counter! delaying me all this time, because I had my current sink broken for installation as it had been arranged with André! Anyway... today I managed to recover my sink to have it done in another service provider. I do not recommend or recommend this marble shop if you want to have peace and responsibility in your service!
