★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro hoje de manhã (27/05) para fazer a revisão de 150mil km.
Logo após o consultor me entregar o veículo, ia sair e reparei que os comandos do volante não funcionavam. Ao olhar melhor, vi que a luz do airbag estava acesa no painel.
Tentei localizar o consultor novamente, mas ele já tinha ido embora, falei então com o gerente de pós-venda, Celso, cuja "solução" dada foi que eu levasse o carro outro dia para que eles verifiquem o que aconteceu.
Poxa, o carro passou o dia inteiro em posse deles, ninguém fez uma checagem do serviço para ver esse problema? Lamentável, péssimo serviço.
Agora tenho que reservar um outro dia para me dirigir à concessionária para avaliação, mais gastos de deslocamento e mais tempo perdido.
Quando deixamos o veículo para fazer revisão na concessionária, o fazemos para que fique tudo certo, que não tenha dor de cabeça e agora saio com um problema que sequer existia.
Sim, vou levar de novo para que chequem o que aconteceu. Espero que resolvam, se não vou procurar outros meios de exercer meus direitos.
 I left my car this morning (27/05) to do the review of 150 thousand km.
Soon after the consultant gave me the vehicle, I was going to leave and I noticed that the steering wheel controls did not work. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the airbag light was on on the dashboard.
I tried to locate the consultant again, but he was already gone, so I spoke to the after-sales manager, Celso, whose "solution" was given that I take the car another day so they can check what happened.
Wow, the car was in their possession all day, nobody checked the service to see this problem? Sorry, bad service.
Now I have to book another day to go to the dealership for evaluation, more travel expenses and more wasted time.
When we leave the vehicle to be serviced at the dealership, we do it so that everything is ok, that I don't have a headache and now I leave with a problem that didn't even exist.
Yes, I'll take it back to check what happened. I hope they resolve it, otherwise I'll look for other ways to exercise my rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a revisão do meu veículo recentemente. O atendimento foi bom e tinha um ambiente para aguardar enquanto o serviço era finalizado. Porém, o único ponto negativo, foi a questão da demora. Marquei pela manhã e sai de lá depois de mais de 3 horas de espera (Para uma revisão de simples troca de óleo e alinhamento). Digo, pois já fiz outras estes procedimentos em outros locais e não levou mais do que a metade do tempo que aguardei lá.
I recently had my vehicle serviced. The service was good and there was an atmosphere to wait while the service was finished. However, the only downside was the delay. I made an appointment in the morning and got out of there after more than 3 hours of waiting (For a simple oil change and alignment review). I say, because I've done these procedures in other places and it didn't take more than half the time I waited there.
