★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito o que se espera de um corretor de imóveis é, no mínimo, acompanhar o cliente ao imóvel. Mas não acontece. Se reclamar, o "cliente" é ignorado (para ser educado com as palavras) pois "tem que se virar" para encontrar o imóvel.
Péssima experiência.
I believe what is expected of a realtor is, at the very least, to accompany the client to the property. But it doesn't. If he complains, the "customer" is ignored (to be polite with the words) because he "has to turn around" to find the property.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de fora da cidade e a atendente disse que não tinha ninguém pra me acompanhar, tive que visitar sozinha os apes, os vizinhos que me ajudaram a achar os lugares. Retém o documento da gente e não informam sobre horários de atendimento. Quando voltei à imobiliária estava fechada, com sorte consegui entrar e os dois rapazes que estavam lá me atenderam muito mas muito mal. Fiquei horrorizada. Os funcionários disseram que eu podia reclamar e quando fui externar minha insatisfação, fui ignonara.
I am from out of town and the attendant said that I had no one to accompany me, I had to visit the apes alone, the neighbors who helped me find the places. Retains people's document and does not inform about opening hours. When I got back to the estate, it was closed, with luck I managed to get in and the two guys who were there attended me very, very badly. I was horrified. The employees said I could complain and when I went to express my dissatisfaction, I was ignored.
