Desculpe a algumas pessoas da equipe Andrea Noivas, nem todas deveriam ser penalizadas com esse comentário, mais infelizmente estão todos no mesmo barco... e quando o capitão bate no iceberg todos afundam.. "coloquem os coletes".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento razoável, o preço não tem muita diferença dos outros paguei a vista e tive um desconto apenas de 5% muito pouco, mais tem bastante opções vale a pena conferir.
Reasonable service, the price doesn't have much difference from the others I paid in cash and had a discount of only 5% very little, but there are plenty of options worth checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no telefone até então parecia ser super atenciosas até o momento que fui na loja, fui informada que a loja fecharia as 19:00 horas chegando lá às 6:40 a porta estava fechada com a luz acesa fiquei batendo na porta e todos lá dentro funcionárias clientes e ninguém para vir abrir a porta por educação até q empurrei a porta e todos estavam como se estivessem rindo da minha cara ali batendo na porta. Aí a funcionária teve a cara de pau de me dizer q atendimento até as 18:30 sendo q seria um atendimento rápido q não levaria nem 20 minutos ainda me disse q estavam sem funcionárias para atender. Saindo dali fui para outra loja de noivas aonde fui super bem atendida e a funcionária super educada e sem preocupação se estava na hora de fechar a fechar a loja ou não e lá fechei o aluguel dos termos. Não recomendo essa loja tamanha falta de profissionalismo.
Bad service on the phone so far seemed to be super attentive by the time I went to the store, I was informed that the store would close at 19:00 hours getting there at 6:40 the door was closed with the light on I was knocking on the door and everyone there inside client employees and no one to come open the door politely until I pushed the door open and everyone was as if they were laughing at my face knocking on the door. Then the employee had the face to tell me q service until 18:30 being q would be a quick service that would not take 20 minutes yet told me they were without employees to attend. Leaving there I went to another bridal shop where I was very well attended and the employee super polite and without concern if it was time to close the store or not and there closed the rent of terms. I do not recommend this store so lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não gostamos ,fomos com hora agendada e a dona demorou nos atender ,depois deu só 3 opções de vestidos iguais e falou q não tinha mais nada que servisse na minha sobrinha q veste 42,44 , foi indelicada nós apressando pq outra cliente estava chegando ,não sorriu,não conversou não mostrou nenhuma vontade em nós atender ,queria a data a todo custo do casamento sendo q estamos aguardando o cartório fornecer ,depois disso o atendimento foi péssimo ,nenhuma empatia ,depois saímos de lá e fomos em outras lojas ,fomos tratadas com tanto carinho e atenção q nem de graça voltaremos lá . Precisa pensar no atendimento ,gente assim fecha e não sabe porque .boa sorte
Unfortunately we did not like it , we had a scheduled time and the owner took a while to meet us , then she only gave us 3 options of the same dresses and said that there was nothing else to fit my niece who wears 42.44 , it was impolite we rushed because another client was arriving , did not smile , did not talk , did not show any desire for us to attend , wanted the date at all costs of the wedding and we are waiting for the registry to provide , after that the service was terrible , no empathy , then we left there and went to other stores , we were treated with so much affection and attention that we will not go back there for free. Depois aluguei outra roupa para meu filho maior. No dia de buscar meu esposo que foi. disseram que estava tudo direitinho. confiamos,pois já era tarde e o casamento era no dia seguinte. Há tivemos dois dias de prova. Chegou o grande dia. deixei pra arrumar meu filho lá na porta do casamento porque ele poderia se sujar ou se amarrotar. Gente que decepção tive, calça não era mas calça, fizeram bainha até o joelho e o sapato ? os dois solados soltos. E agora o q faria? estava no meio do mato. e ele era o pajem que ia levar as alianças. enfim teve que ficar daquele jeito. Passei por humilhação e vergonha na frente dos convidados. Que horror. e na hora de entregar as roupas me atenderam no portão e nem queria me deixar entrar. Disseram que sempre fazem isso para não tomar tempo do cliente. Pensa numa pessoa com raiva e eles não fizeram nada nem pra devolver o dinheiro da roupa dele. Vou queimar a loja sim. Falta de respeito com as pessoas. Estragou o nosso dia que era pra ser um dia lindo. meu filho ficou igual um Jeca. Pra postar tive que assinalar uma estrela. Mas pra mim não daria nenhuma. Péssima loja.

We had two days of testing. The great day has come. I left it to fix my son at the wedding door because he could get dirty or crumpled. People I was disappointed, pants were not pants, they hemmed up to the knee and the shoe ? both loose soles. And now what would you do? was in the middle of the forest. and he was the page who would take the rings. Finally, it had to stay that way. I went through humiliation and shame in front of the guests. How horrible. and when it was time to deliver the clothes, they answered me at the gate and didn't even want to let me in. They said they always do this so as not to take up the customer's time. Think of an angry person and they didn't even do anything to return the money for his clothes. I'm going to burn the store down. Lack of respect for people. It ruined our day that was supposed to be a beautiful day. my son was like a Jeca. To post I had to mark a star. But it wouldn't do for me. Bad store.
