★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja para comprar itens masculinos. Não sei como e o porquê de a Anelisie Calçados ainda não ter pedido o tombamento do imóvel em que fica a Loja. O imóvel é a antiga sede da Padaria Carvalho, uma das primeiras padarias de Valença e primeiras construções da Rua dos Mineiros e de Valença. Com o tombamento, o imóvel da loja receberia o status de patrimônio histórico municipal, com destaque na pesquisa do Google e isenção de IPTU que no centro da cidade é uma baba.
Great store to buy men's items. I do not know how and why Anelisie Calçados has not yet requested the listing of the property where the Store is located. The property is the former headquarters of Padaria Carvalho, one of the first bakeries in Valença and the first buildings on Rua dos Mineiros and Valença. With the listing, the property of the store would receive the status of municipal historic heritage, with emphasis on Google search and exemption from property tax which in the city center is a drool.
