★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento de procedimento para efetuar trocas, levando tênis para analise sem no mínimo 1 mês pela loja, fui duas vezes trocar o tênis sendo q na primeira a loja pediu pra não recolher o tênis que eu poderia trocar na semana depois do Natal, chegando pela segunda vez a gerente queria que eu deixasse o tênis para daqui 30 dias vinhesse analisar e passar um colinha , sendo que eu mesmo posso fazer isso, a loja tem o direito não tem o direito de deixar o cliente sem o tenis, ela tem que mandar para a macboot por que o prazo é menos que um mês, valor de 269.00 por um produto avariado de fabrica, e sem ser trocado pela loja e nem pelo fabricante por outra peça.
