Esse ano decidi q precisava mudar meus hábitos alimentares e a nutricionista Angelica fez a diferença nessa nova etapa da minha vida. Comecei em abril um projeto com ela é já foram 12kg eliminados. É uma mudança de hábitos alimentares que tem ajudado toda a minha família.

Fiz uma avaliação , e foi com ela que passei a conhecer a vida low carb com a qual me identifico até hoje , fiz uma mudança de hábitos em casa e surtiu efeito em toda a família . Hoje passamos a consumir mais alimentos de verdade , só tenho a agradecer pelo que aprendi e sempre que tenho dúvidas ela está disponível pra ajudar .
