★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se marcou, desmarque! Fila enorme só para fazer a ficha, passou do meu horário e não chamaram nem para fazer a ficha, imagina pra ser atendido. Desisti depois de 30min de espera, passados do meu horário marcado.
If checked, uncheck it! There was a huge queue just to make the file, it was past my schedule and they didn't even call to make the file, imagine to be attended. I gave up after 30 minutes of waiting, after my scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a clínica não respeita os horários, no momento da assinatura da autorização junto ao plano de saúde, fui informando que o médico se atrasaria, perguntei qual o tempo de espera o qual não souberam responder.
Ficou claro que eles queriam que as guias do plano fossem assinadas e eu teria que aguardar o quanto fosse necessário.
Unfortunately, the clinic does not respect the hours, when signing the authorization with the health plan, I informed them that the doctor would be late, I asked what was the waiting time, which they were unable to answer.
It was clear that they wanted the plan guides signed and I would have to wait as long as necessary.

Simplesmente foi dito que não poderia fazer o exame...
A clínica angioclam precisa rever seu modo de trabalhar ! Está perdendo clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei ha 3 semanas atrás consulta com o cardiologista Dr Marcelo para segunda, 7/3 8 horas. Chegando lá, fui informado por um atendente mal educado que o Dr Marcelo não atende às 8h. Liguei na Central e fui informado que a agenda do médico mudou e que a consulta foi cancelada. Disseram que tentaram me avisar, mas não recebi nenhum contato. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LOCAL.
I made an appointment 3 weeks ago with the cardiologist Dr Marcelo for Monday, 7/3 8 hours. Arriving there, I was informed by a rude attendant that Dr Marcelo does not answer at 8 am. I called Central and was informed that the doctor's schedule had changed and the appointment was cancelled. They said they tried to let me know, but I didn't get any contact. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
