O condomínio tem água e gás incluso em sua taxa, porteiro 24h, zelador que faz a limpeza do condomínio durante o dia. Local calmo, sem bateria, uma vaga de garagem por apartamento, bicicletário e um pequeno "espaço para festas" que parece mais um coreto, também há algumas vagas rotativas.
I have lived here for 11+ years, the water used to be kind of bad but now with a new treatment it has improved a lot.
The condominium has water and gas included in its rate, 24-hour doorman, janitor who cleans the condominium during the day. Quiet location, no battery, one parking space per apartment, bicycle rack and a small "party space" that looks more like a bandstand, there are also some rotating spaces.
