★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já terminei meu curso e paguei todas as minhas mensalidades porem a faculdade mudou de polo para o renascença e nao consigo entrar em contato com ninguem para pegar meu certificado. Já liguei inumeras vezes; mandei e-mail e ja fui ate lá e nao conseguir pois o prédio encontrava-se vazio. Vou prestar una queixa na delegacia do consumidor contra a faculdade.
I already finished my course and paid all my tuition but the college changed its center to the Renaissance and I can't get in contact with anyone to get my certificate. I've called countless times; I sent an e-mail and I went there and couldn't do it because the building was empty. I will file a complaint with the consumer police department against the college.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 23/05/2022 fui na instituição e tá tudo fechado, e aparece no mapa que tá aberto das 09 as 21 horas, telefone não funciona, e anta estão cobrando mensalidades de um curso não to cursando, pedi pra cancelar antes mesmo das aulas começarem, uma falta de respeito da parte da instituição. Dei uma estrela só pra poder postar.

Me informaram que não está tendo atendimento presencial, o prédio está vazio e para atendimento presencial é necessário agendar.
