★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A todos que estiverem pensando em fazer um curso superior , fuja dessa faculdade, principalmente se te oferecerem " bolsa ". Te falam que vai pagar um valor x depois tá o dobro e ninguém resolve , não adianta reclamar,ir atrás , simplesmente não fazem nada e nem percam tempo ligando , pq não atendem. Péssima,péssima .
Junta um dinheiro , vai atrás de uma outra instituição ,fuja da Anhanguera.
 To all who are thinking about taking a higher education course, avoid this college, especially if they offer you "scholarship". They tell you that you will pay an amount x then it's double and nobody solves it, there's no use complaining, going after it, they just don't do anything and don't waste time calling, because they don't answer. Lousy, lousy.
Collect some money, go after another institution, run away from Anhanguera.

Eles sujaram o meu nome (está no Serasa) e não querem resolver, a funcionária Renata me atendeu e não me responde de forma completa, fica falando que mandou meu caso pra supervisora e me prometeu uma resolução até o dia 04/02/2021 e já estamos em Maio. Estou desesperada pois minha integridade está comprometida, não consigo abrir contas ou cartões por culpa de algo que não fiz. Tenho todos os meus comprovantes, tudo certinho e eles se negam a me ajudar!

They got my name dirty (it's in Serasa) and they don't want to solve it, the employee Renata answered me and doesn't answer me completely, keeps saying that she sent my case to the supervisor and promised me a resolution until 02/04/2021 and it's May already. I'm desperate because my integrity is compromised, I can't open accounts or cards because of something I didn't do. I have all my vouchers, everything just right and they refuse to help me!

Ninguém da secretaria sabe resolver problema, o financiamento faz acordo que a faculdade não aceita e quebra o acordo , o direito não resolve nada . Qualquer problema que o aluno tem com a faculdade todos os funcionários vão jogando de mesa em mesa e não resolvem nada.
Péssima faculdade!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de longe, tirei um dia para resolver a questão do Passe Escolar, cheguei lá não assinaram o formulário disseram que era pelo aplicativo. Liguei na empresa e disseram que podia ter feito presencialmente, agora terei que voltar durante a semana (sendo que trabalho) apenas para pegar assinatura do responsável para levar na ABC Transportes, perder um período do trabalho para isso sendo que no único dia de folga eu poderia ter feito, complicado. E as aulas nem começaram.
I'm from afar, I took a day to solve the School Pass issue, I got there, they didn't sign the form, they said it was through the app. I called the company and they said I could have done it in person, now I'll have to go back during the week (as I work) just to get the signature of the person in charge to take it to ABC Transportes, miss a period of work for that and on the only day off I could have done, complicated. And classes haven't even started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIVEL!!!!! dizem que não tenho cadastro em aberto, e NADA de pendencia, pedem pra desconsiderar a ligacação mais continuam me ligando todo santo dia, falando que estou devendo, espero que excluem meus dados, se não irei no reclame aqui e no procon já que vivem falando que meu nome vai pro serasa, sem eu nem ter feito nenhum curso!!!! falo com educação em todas as ligaçoes mais já está ficando chato, estou esperando ligação importante e voces incomodando, já disse NÃO VOU FAZER CURSO, ESTOU DESEMPREGADA!!! estou perdendo a paciencia.
HORRIBLE!!!!! They say I don't have an open record, and NOTHING pending, they ask me to disregard the call but they keep calling me every single day, saying that I owe it, I hope they delete my data, if not I will go to the claim here and to the procon since they keep talking that my name goes to serasa, without me having even taken any course!!!! I speak politely on all calls but it's getting boring, I'm waiting for an important call and you're bothering me, I already said I'm NOT GOING TO TAKE A COURSE, I'M UNEMPLOYED!!! I'm losing patience.
