Fiquei no prejuízo.
 I bought it through e-commerce and was given the option to pick it up at the store. Paid via PIX and to withdraw I was informed that only at the distribution center. Totally wrong ad without information.
I was at the loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendido na portaria e fui impedido de entrar para fazer a retirada porque estava de chinelo, mesmo não tendo qualquer aviso na portaria ou instruções no email/site. Estava de férias, viajei de outra cidade para ser impedido entrar por conta de uma vestimenta que não tem qualquer aviso em LUGAR NENHUM em relação a isso.
I was poorly attended at the concierge and was prevented from entering to make the withdrawal because I was wearing flip-flops, even though I didn't have any notice at the concierge or instructions on the email/website. I was on vacation, I traveled from another city to be prevented from entering because of a garment that has no notice ANYWHERE regarding it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pela segunda vez serra com vendedor Janer e o mesmo me prometeu para 4 horas a retirada e pela segunda vez não estava pronto e o mesmo não atende o telefone para esclarecer o ocorrido última vez que compro nesse lugar não recomendo a ninguém.
I bought the saw for the second time with a salesman Janer and he promised me the withdrawal for 4 hours and the second time it was not ready and he does not answer the phone to clarify what happened last time I buy in this place I do not recommend it to anyone.
