Estou morando em outra cidade e não consigo contactar eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente que decepção...não resolvem nada fica difícil assim...fazer curso de graduação já não é fáacil...e vcs dificultam mais ainda...nada sabem resolver...um simples termo de compromisso de estágio vcs não liberam...e nem se preocupam em dar uma solução.
People who disappoint ... do not solve anything is difficult so ... do undergraduate is no longer easy ... and you make it even more difficult ... nothing know how to solve ... a simple term of commitment of internship you do not release ... and do not bother to give a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na realidade é muito raro ter um, não atendem o telefone, não tem suporte ao aluno 24horas, pois se alguém escolhe uma graduação EAD é pela falta de tempo, não geram protocolo para seu problema então não tem garantia de resolução do problema, mudou o AVA esse ano e o que era ruim ficou ainda pior! Não recomendo pra ninguém!
Poor service, in reality it is very rare to have one, do not answer the phone, does not have student support 24 hours, because if someone chooses an EAD degree is for lack of time, do not generate protocol for your problem then there is no guarantee of problem resolution , changed the AVA this year and what was bad just got worse! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Tentei falar por diversas vezes no telefone da faculdade, porém, ninguém atende. Gostaria de saber o qual o próximo passo para que eu possa retirar meu diploma de conclusão do Curso de Gestão de Recursos Humanos? Conclui em Julho/2019.
Não recebi nenhum contato da faculdade com relação isso e gostaria de saber quando será entregue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço faculdade EAD na anhanguera Zona Norte, e infelizmente eu nunca vi tanto despreparo em minha vida nas atendentes do polo. No canal do whats, elas quase nunca respondem, ligo no tel fixo e nunca atendem, e se colocam numa posição de não dar suporte ao aluno. É inacreditável como hj há tantas pessoas querendo trabalhar e alguns profissionais não terem nenhuma empatia com o próximo. Um exemplo, desejo falar com as atendentes para agendar minha prova, e mandei mensagem desde as 10:38 e ate agora nada.
Já até tentei mudar de instituição, mas como estou no 4º semestre desisti, mas o atendimento, eu nunca vi igual, muito despreparo
I go to college in the anhanguera North Zone, and unfortunately I have never seen so much unpreparedness in my life in the attendants of the pole. In the whats channel, they almost never answer, I call the landline and never answer, and put themselves in a position of not supporting the student. It's unbelievable as there are so many people now wanting to work and some professionals have no empathy with others. An example, I want to talk to the attendants to schedule my test, and I texted from 10:38 and so far nothing.
I've even tried to change institutions, but as I'm in the 4th semester I gave up, but the service, I never saw the same, very unprepared

Se colocam com o nome de anhanguera, mas falam que é outro sistema e as informações cedidas pelo telefone (esse que todos os encontrados na internet, inclusive no site, ou não atende ou fala que não existe, só consegui contato com o telefone que eles ligaram a minha esposa) após ser atendido e não ter resposta, deixaram o telefone de lado (atendente Regina que me atendeu) após perguntar sobre minha dúvida que consiste em informações diferentes da que é passada pela secretaria da Anhanguera, a atendente mencionada me deixou falando com a parede enquanto ficou conversando com outras pessoas. Após 8 minutos e 28 segundos de uma ligação realizada as 17:36 de hoje (30/05/2019) desligaram o telefone. No mesmo ato liguei novamente e fui super bem atendido pela atendente Paula, que ficou de me retornar amanhã sobre uma resposta para a seguinte dúvida:
- Liguei na secretaria da Anhanguera da Armando Pannunzio (único telefone que funciona dos que estão no site, pois o que consta do polo ZN no site da faculdade e é um número fixo e não movel informa que não existe/ não está disponível para receber chamada) fui informado que, como em qualquer outra faculdade (inclusive a Facens que já frequentei e a FATEC que atualmente frequento), não precisa levar os documentos autenticados se levar os originais juntos no ato da matricula, pois a própria faculdade coloca a informação que foi apresentado os originais no ato da matricula, assim o futuro aluno não precisando gastar um dinheiro que muitas vezes não tem e/ou vai fazer falta.
- Em contato com este número a informação é que tem que ser autenticado para que não gere problema ao terminar o curso e receber o diploma (sendo que todas as outras faculdades não pedem).
Devido a isso a nota é 0, podendo ser editada posteriormente conforme a resposta que receberei amanhã e devido ao excelente atendimento da funcionária Paula.

At the same act I called again and was very well attended by the attendant Paula, who stayed to return tomorrow to me on an answer to the following doubt:
- I called the Anhanguera secretary of Armando Pannunzio (the only phone that works for those on the site, since what is included in the ZN polo on the college website and is a fixed number and not mobile informs that it does not exist / is not available to receive a call ) I was informed that, as in any other faculty (including the Facens I have attended and the FATEC I currently attend), you do not need to bring the authenticated documents if you bring the originals together at the time of enrollment, presented the originals in the act of enrollment, so the future student does not need to spend money that often does not have and / or will miss.
- In contact with this number the information is that it has to be authenticated so that it does not generate problem when finishing the course and receive the diploma (being that all the other faculties do not ask for).
Due to this the grade is 0, and it can be edited later according to the answer that I will receive tomorrow and due to the excellent attendance of the Paula employee.

FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS ALUNOS, NA HORA DE RECEBEREM ELES QUEREM, MAS NA HORA DE AUXILIAR É PÉSSIMO.
NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM.

I DON'T REFER TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!!! Um verdadeiro descaso com o aluno. Eles não tão nem aí pra ti, somente quando querem que tu te matricule. Péssimo saber que uma faculdade desse tamanho não tem estrutura nem de ter bons profissionais para atendimento. Cansa não ter respostas certas, não atenderem ligação. Se manquem!!!!!
Horrible!!!! A real disregard for the student. They don't care about you, only when they want you to enroll. It's terrible to know that a college of this size doesn't even have the structure to have good professionals to attend to. Tired of not having the right answers, not answering the call. Fail!!!!!
