Local super limpinho , a internação é bem equipada.
Profissionais atenciosos, chegando a ligarem para saber se minha cachorrinha havia melhorado.
Sou de outra cidade e o atendimento através do WhatsApp facilitou muito, posso tirar dúvidas até com veterinário a qualquer hora, realizar agendamentos entre outros...
Só tenho a agradecer, principalmente a Dra. Elaine Assoni (maravilhosa)
 My little dog needed urgent treatment and this 24h Veterinary Hospital was recommended to us. I was delighted with the service from the reception to the veterinary service.
Super clean place, the hospitalization is well equipped.
Attentive professionals, even calling to see if my little dog had improved.
I'm from another city and the service through WhatsApp made it a lot easier, I can even ask a vet at any time, make appointments, among others...
I just have to thank, especially Dr. Elaine Assoni (wonderful)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando adotei um cachorrinho idoso, cego e com problemas de saúde, levei-o a três clínicas diferentes, ao longo dos meses, procurando um veterinário atencioso, que me desse informações e fosse carinhoso com ele, pq ele é traumatizado. Além disso, eu queria a segurança de poder recorrer à clínica em horários fora do habitual. Encontrei tudo isso na Animal Planet.
When I adopted an elderly dog, blind and with health problems, I took him to three different clinics, over the months, looking for a caring veterinarian, who would give me information and be kind to him, because he is traumatized. Also, I wanted the security of being able to go to the clinic at off-hours. I found all this at Animal Planet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura boa, profissional HORRÍVEIS! Infelizmente não há outro hospital 24/7 na cidade.
Levei minha gata em estado crítico durante um final de semana a este lugar. Deixei dois números de telefone para entrarem em contato. A veterinária Eduarda, sem o mínimo de proatividade não sequer entrou em contato no segundo número fornecido e alegou "falta de comunicação" com os donos do animal.
Minha gata, persa branca de 16 anos, veio a falecer no sábado a noite, no domingo fui buscar seu corpo e a veterinária Luana veio com OUTRO GATO em mãos, este de 2-3 MESES de idade, de OUTRA RAÇA e da cor PRETO/AMARELO (???). Quando se deu conta de que não se tratava desse gato, e sim de um outro, perguntou de forma incisiva: "Oq vc irá fazer com o corpo?", sem empatia, sem contexto, sem explicações das possiblidades, principalmente por se tratar de um momento doloroso.
Na segunda-feira retornei e expliquei todo o ocorrido à pessoa responsável, que disse que entrariam em contato comigo posteriormente. O que, obviamente não ocorreu e esse meu feedback do local deve ter se perdido em meio ao limbo da incompetência vista nesse lugar.
Obs: O feedback não se aplica a dra. Elaine, que foi muito atenciosa, uma pena que ela deve ser uma das poucas, em meio a tantos profissionais ruins do hospital.
Good structure, HORRIBLE professional! Unfortunately there is no other 24/7 hospital in town.
I took my critically ill cat for a weekend to this place. I left two phone numbers for them to contact. Veterinarian Eduarda, without the least bit of proactivity, did not even contact the second number provided and claimed "lack of communication" with the animal's owners.
My cat, a 16-year-old white Persian, died on Saturday night, on Sunday I went to get her body and the veterinarian Luana came with ANOTHER CAT in her hands, this one 2-3 MONTHS old, of ANOTHER BREED and the color BLACK /YELLOW (???). When he realized that it was not this cat, but another one, he asked incisively: "What are you going to do with the body?", without empathy, without context, without explanations of the possibilities, mainly because it is a painful moment.
On Monday I returned and explained everything that had happened to the person in charge, who said they would contact me later. Which, obviously, did not happen and my feedback from the place must have been lost amidst the limbo of incompetence seen in this place.
Note: Feedback does not apply to Dr. Elaine, who was very attentive, a pity that she must be one of the few, among so many bad professionals in the hospital.
