★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, serviço mal feito, entupiram a minha Pet de perfume que tive que dar outro banho quando cheguei em casa, pois ela teve alergia, pedi para realizarem uma tosa higiênica, e quando cheguei não havia sido realizada, vieram fazer na hora, de uma forma muito mal feita e grotesca, havia pedido para realizarem o corte de "botinha", não realizaram e ainda rasparam o focinho dela. Não recomendo, e nunca mais voltarei.
Bad service, poor service, they clogged my Pet with perfume that I had to give another shower when I got home, because she had allergies, I asked for a hygienic grooming, and when I arrived it had not been done, they came to do it right away, a very poorly made and grotesque shape, she had asked them to cut her "boot", they didn't do it and even scraped her muzzle. I don't recommend it, and I will never come back.
