No caso de acidentes, as animadoras nao ajudam, se recusam a ligar para o gerente e voce precisa reclamar no shopping e utilizar as vias legais do shopping para obter os dados. As animadoras falaram que nao e obrigacao delas ajudar a calcar e retirar os meninos do parquinho, eu discordo. Nao recomendo deixar os seus filhos sozinhos nesse parquinho Espaco da Alegria porque nao segue os standards do Animasson de outros shoppings.
Unfriendly people and lack of training. In the case of accidents, the animators do not help, they refuse to call the manager and you have to complain at the mall and use the mall's legal avenues to obtain the data. The animators said that it is not their obligation to help put on and remove the boys from the playground, I disagree. I don't recommend leaving your children alone in this Espaço da Alegria playground because it doesn't follow the Animasson standards of other malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior clube de recreação que eu já vi. A recreadora bateu com muita força a cabeça do meu filho em um brinquedo. Não prestou qualquer socorro, sem qualquer treinamento. Se recusou a chamar o gerente. Tivemos que chamar os bombeiros do shopping. Foram super grossas comigo. Faltou treinamento de primeiro socorros e faltou empatia. Não recomendo usar esse parque ou deixar as crianças sozinhas. Um comportamento na frente do chefe e outro por trás. Falta de ética no trabalho infantil e uma péssima postura com o cliente. Duas atendentes estavam fora e apenas uma com as crianças (horário de almoço ou folga por serem poucas crianças)!
Worst recreation club I've ever seen. The entertainer hit my son's head very hard on a toy. Did not provide any help, without any training. Refused to call the manager. We had to call the mall's fire department. They were super rude to me. There was a lack of first aid training and a lack of empathy. I don't recommend using this park or leaving the kids alone.
