★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção da clínica é mais cheia que recepção de posto de saúde público. Em plena pandemia diversos pacientes em pé, encostados na parede sem local para sentar de tanta gente que tinha. Se vc quer resolver algo urgente vc facilmente achará consulta. Mas as consultas são rapidissimas. Meio que protocolares, me pergunto se existe tempo de higienizar entre um paciente e outro. E sem contar no atraso, não faça nenhuma programação se tiver consulta no mesmo turno nessa clinica. Estava marcada para 15:00 um exame e 15:30 consulta com a médica, são 15:43, nem exame é nem consulta realizados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção está sempre cheia e eles não cumprem o distanciamento recomendado. Além disso, há um desrespeito no tempo de atendimento, os horários agendados não são cumpridos e é sempre, pelo menos, mais de 1h de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vantagem da clínica é poder fazer vários exames e consultas no mesmo dia e lugar, dentro do serviço de checkup da mulher. No entanto, se for possível é bom evitar o mês de outubro, quando a clínica faz campanha dentro do Outubro Rosa e fica tudo LOTADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente quando a demora é do médico. Entendo que contratempos acontecem, mas quando eu, paciente, atraso é muito diferente de quando o profissional atrasa. Nós tbm temos agenda e o que fazer.

Uma transvaginal da minha esposa marcada para 9:40, ficamos aguardando até as 12 horas para depois a médica dizer q não iria atender mais ninguém e ir embora.
Péssimo, realmente não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui paciente da clínica, não é perfeita, mas no que q ela difere das outras clínicas. Você consegue em um só lugar passar por tantos profissionais para te assistirem? Entra na clinica pra passar por consulta, já sai com a ultrasson, mamografia, e preventivo feitos. Já passa pela angiologista, endócrino, mastologista, td ali, no mm lugar, só agendar, sem precidar se deslocar para outro lugar, perder mais 2, 3, 4 dias para resolver o q vc já resolve um turno na Ana Paola. Saudades tenho de lá...leva um livro e espera um pouquinho, garanto que vai valer a pena cada segundo de espera, pela leitura, autocuidado, profissionalismo, responsabilidade, confiança, segurança e conforto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 23/05/2022 tinha consulta marcada para mastologista Dr Anna Paola, excelente profissional, me senti super acolhida, muito fácil acessar, atendeu minhas expectativas, todos os profissionais de excelência, são super atenciosos, o único defeito é que a clínica é muito cheia, mesmo chegando 30 minutos antes, ainda assim houve atraso em meu atendimento, mas tirando isso a parte, a clínica é super completa??
