Perdi o dinheiro pra eles, me senti roubado. Anna Pegova nunca mais. Só me passaram opções em horário de expediente, e as que estavam fora, só depois de 2 meses. Ao tentar a devolução/reembolso do serviço, se negaram.
I purchased a skin cleaning and left it prepaid. I tried to book the service for almost 1 year and I NEVER succeeded.
I lost the money to them, I felt robbed. Anna Pegova never again. They only gave me options during office hours, and the ones that were out, only after 2 months. When trying to return/refund the service, they refused.
