Na última, fiquei 13 minutos esperandi 4 atendentes terminarem de por o papo em dia e passearem pela loja pra depois "se tocarem" que tinha clientes esperando. Além disso, o preço é bem mais salgado do que qualquer outro lugar em Itu. Não volto mais e não recomendo a ninguém.
The service here is terrible. I went twice. In the last one, I waited 13 minutes waiting for 4 attendants to finish catching up and walk around the store and then "touch" that there were customers waiting. In addition, the price is much higher than anywhere else in Itu. I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Vende sem pedir a receita, ai vc retorna que nao deu certo a empresa pede e diz que vc comprou e deve assumir uma coisa que vc não sabe! ? empresa deve ser denunciada aos órgão competentes.
Company does not comply with consumer code. That you have 7 days to return. The company only thinks about your pocket and not about the consumer's well-being!!!
Sells without asking for the recipe, then you return that it didn't work, the company asks and says you bought it and must assume something you don't know! The company must be reported to the competent bodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de um par de lentes nessa ótica Antares pelo Mercado Livre no dia 26/10/2021 e até hoje, dia 17/11/2021, não recebi o produto. Estão me enrolando, não me enviam as lentes e nem devolvem o meu dinheiro para que eu possa comprar em uma ótica séria, estou usando minhas lentes antigas que estão estragadas e machucando meus olhos. Logo, que efetuei a compra, enviei o grau já convertido para lentes de contato, deixei bem explicado que estava convertido, e mesmo assim a pessoa ficou insistindo que seria convertido (novamente) dizendo: "Show, o fabricante irá converter o grau... "
I purchased a pair of lenses in this Antares optics through Mercado Livre on 10/26/2021 and until today, 11/17/2021, I have not received the product. They're bullshitting me, they're not sending me the lenses or giving me back my money so I can buy them in a serious optician, I'm wearing my old lenses that are ruined and hurting my eyes. So, after I made the purchase, I sent the grade already converted to contact lenses, I left it well explained that it was converted, and even so the person kept insisting that it would be converted (again) saying: "Show, the manufacturer will convert the grade.. . "
