★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, ótimo o residêncial, bem organizado, a estrutura e fantástica, o estacionamento e ótimo, apesar de não ser coberto, as vagas são em frente à cada apartamento, com exceção de algumas poucas vagas... As regras do condomínio garantem uma ótima convivência entre os moradores e até mesmo para organizar as estadias de quem vem pra ficar uma temporada. O público e bem selecionado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio e bom, limpinho,porém as regras são difíceis,em dois apartamentos com 18 pessoas só 02 chaves,,não tem pulseirinha de identificação,a piscina não.pode ser usada na segunda feira(nem mesmo na segunda de carnaval),a churrasqueira é alugada um dia por apto. Penso que as regras poderia ser melhor avaliadas.
The condominium is good, clean, but the rules are difficult, in two apartments with 18 people only 02 keys, no identification bracelet, the pool can not be used on Monday (not even on the second of Carnival), the barbecue is rented one day per apt. I think the rules could be better evaluated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condomínio tanto para temporada como para morar. O síndico Sr Jairo cuida de tudo nos mínimos detalhes. Piscina linda, churrasqueira, quiosques e um parquinho. E o melhor de tudo, 7 minutos caminhando até a praia.
Excellent condo for both season and to live. The manager Mr Jairo takes care of everything down to the smallest detail. Beautiful swimming pool, barbecue, kiosks and a playground. And best of all, 7 minutes walk to the beach.
