★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os técnicos chegaram com mais de 1:30 de atraso e não fui avisado que eles precisariam comprar peças nem que o carro tinha quebrado(os técnicos não tem culpa)...
A atendente não informou os valores do serviço, somente na hora que os técnicos estavam prontos pra instalar, eles que ligaram pra atendente pra poder ela informar os valores...
E desde o dia da instalação da antena até hoje não me enviou nenhum tipo de nota/cupom fiscal...
O único bom atendimento foi dos técnicos, atenciosos e ágeis...
