★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, temos que lhe dar com clientes, que se acham sempre o dono da razão, que acham que temos que fazer tudo do jeito e na hora que eles querem, não procurando entender que toda empresa tem seus horários e normas de trabalho, quando a vontade deles são contrariadas, tentam desmoralizar uma empresa seria e comprometida.
Mas isso e um em mil, porque procuramos trabalhar sempre com excelência em nossos serviços e com nossos clientes, em seis anos de empresa uma unica reclamação, isso e sinal de serviços satisfatórios.

Unfortunately, we have to deal with clients, who are always the owner of reason, who think we have to do everything the way and at the time they want, not trying to understand that every company has its schedules and work rules, when their wishes are thwarted, they try to demoralize a serious and compromised company.
But that is one in a thousand, because we always try to work with excellence in our services and with our customers, in six years of the company a single complaint, that is a sign of satisfactory services.

O rapaz combinou de entregar as 11 da manhã chegou as 17 horas quase na hora da festa .havia cobrado um valor na hora disse que o anunciante tinha ligado pra ele pq ele não tinha as cadeiras então no final ele pegou em outro lugar .não me avisou fui surpreendida em ter que pagar um valor a mais no qual eu não tinha . Nao me deu a minima satisfação. Disse que deixaria a diferença do dinheiro e nunca mais nos falamos .
Não sou cliente exigente apenas queria o combinado
Não me entregou oque pedi no horário.
E tercerizou o serviço pra alguém que me cobrou mais caro
Se pudesse dar 0 como qualificação daria .

The guy agreed to deliver at 11 am, he arrived at 5 pm almost at the time of the party. He had charged a fee at the time, he said that the advertiser had called him because he didn't have the chairs, so in the end he took it from somewhere else. warned I was surprised to have to pay an extra amount in which I did not have.
