★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Horto Del Rey é a única área verde preservada do centro Histórico da cidade de Olinda. Precisa urgentemente de uma melhor atenção da Prefeitura e dos órgãos de preservação, encontra-se totalmente abandonado e descuidado. Vândalos estão derrubando árvores seculares e depredando a natureza de forma criminosa, as queimadas na área são rotineiras. Clamo ao MPPE e a Prefeitura de Olinda que fiscalizem e restaurem este presente da natureza á cidade de Olinda. O lugar é belíssimo e pode ser explorado de maneira sustentável , gerando renda com visitações turística e trilhas organizadas.
Horto Del Rey is the only preserved green area in the historic center of the city of Olinda. It urgently needs better attention from the City Hall and the preservation agencies, it is totally abandoned and careless. Vandals are cutting down secular trees and plundering nature criminally, fires in the area are routine. I call on MPPE and the Municipality of Olinda to inspect and restore this gift of nature to the city of Olinda. The place is beautiful and can be explored in a sustainable way, generating income from tourist visits and organized trails.
