Entrei em contato com a loja procurando uma peça de marca especifica, foi me informado que havia disponibilidade em sua filial, e que poderiam trazer no dia seguinte. Entrei em contato novamente e a funcionaria que me atendeu me disse que ninguém havia feito nenhum pedido e que não poderia fazer nada.
Perdi meu tempo aguardando, sendo que poderia ter encomendado a peça em outro local.
Já comprei muitas peças nessa loja, porém a partir de agora não recomendo para mais ninguém.
The service has deteriorated a lot, the sellers are serving as if they were doing a favor for the customer. I contacted the store looking for a specific branded piece, I was informed that there was availability at their branch, and that they could bring it the next day. I got in touch again and the office that answered me told me that no one had placed any orders and that nothing could be done.
I wasted my time waiting, as I could have ordered the part elsewhere.
I've bought a lot of pieces at this store, but from now on I won't recommend it to anyone else.
