★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso aqui confirmar os comentários acima onde essa imobiliaria tem pessimo atendimento é oportunista e exploradora onde o contrato é feito de forma bilateral entre aspas, mas nas linhas do mesmo é unilateral favorecendo apenas a imobiliaria e com um péssimo atendimento principalmente por parte de uma funcionaria chamada daniele, ai eu nunca mais vou embusca de imovel nem p aluguel nem p venda. Não é um bom negocio essa imobiliaria.
I can confirm here the comments above where this real estate has poor service is opportunistic and exploitative where the contract is made bilaterally in quotation marks, but in the lines of the same is unilateral favoring only real estate and with a terrible service mainly by an employee called daniele, then i will never again search for a property or for rent or for sale. This property is not a good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não resolve o problema que causou. Até hj o antigo inquilino não pagou a conta de energia e não consigo o contrato do caloteiro para conseguir mudar a titularidade da conta de energia. Consequência disso tenho problemas com as empresas de energia.
