Sei que pelo código de defesa do consumidor estaria coberta, não fiz confusão, mas por isso não indico. Se o cliente pede orçamento é do serviço completo, não da metade do que ele agendou fazer... e não acrescentei nada além do agendado! Enfim... achei muito chato!
I liked the work, but when I went to pay I was charged twice the amount informed before the procedure. I know that by the consumer protection code it would be covered, I didn't make a mistake, but that's why I don't indicate. If the client asks for a quote, it is for the full service, not for half of what he scheduled to do... and I didn't add anything beyond what was scheduled! Anyway... I found it very boring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ser mal atendida logo na chegada, acho que a recepcionista por algum motivo dela, me tratou como se eu fosse pedir um favor ou fiado pra ela. Depois a unha, nunca vi tão mal feita. Até eu tiro cutícula melhor e minha ubha de gel ficou tão grosseiro e grossa a aplicação de gel. Enfim, não volto nem de graça. Péssimo serviço!
In addition to being poorly attended upon arrival, I think the receptionist, for some reason, treated me as if I was going to ask her for a favor or on credit. Then the nail, I've never seen it so poorly done. Even I get better cuticle and my gel ubha got so rough and thick the gel application. Anyway, I won't even come back for free. Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível! Pior alongamento de unha que já fiz. Muito mal feito, serviço grosseiro, demorado e enganam nos preços. Te passam o valor do alongamento e depois cobram mais 40 Reais para cerrar o formato!!!!!
o que eu achei enganoso demais para o cliente, e ainda mais 25 para cutilar. Uma decepção! Porque não te avisam sobre os valores a mais, só passam o valor de 120, para na de cobrar meter esses outros valores. Atendimento ruim, música alta horrível, enfim não recomendo para nada!
Horrible experience! Worst nail extension I've ever done. Very poorly made, rude service, time consuming and deceiving prices. They give you the amount of stretching and then charge another 40 reais to close the format!!!!!
which I found too misleading for the customer, and even more to cut. A disappointment! Because they don't warn you about the extra values, they only pass the value of 120, so you don't charge and put these other values. Bad service, horrible loud music, I don't recommend it for anything!
