★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Dr. Vitáli e sua equipe. Há tempo minha esposa e eu não fazíamos uma limpeza de dentes tão bem feita, fora as orientações e indicações para outros tratamentos necessários. Sem dúvidas, daqui 6 meses estaremos de volta.
We were very well attended by Dr. Vitáli and his team. My wife and I had not had our teeth cleaned so well, apart from the guidelines and directions for other necessary treatments. Without a doubt, in 6 months we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, desde quando coloquei aparelho foi bom o atendimento. porém depois foi trocando de funcionários e eles não fazem muita questão. Embora eu ainda estou passando nessa clínica eu não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com a minha situação. Me mudei pro interior e prometi fidelidade a clínica por estar nos últimos meses de tratamento. Ao final, além de atrasar a retirada do aparelho fixo, não me avisaram pra falar do aparelho móvel, fiquei 1 mês esperando até que tivesse resposta e quando obtive veio com defeito. Esperei mais 1 mês, sem retorno. Quando liguei para ter informações, não foram abertos e solidários com a situação. Totalmente insatisfeita.
Total disregard for my situation. I moved inland and promised to be loyal to the clinic for being in the last months of treatment. In the end, in addition to delaying the removal of the fixed device, they did not warn me to talk about the mobile device, I stayed 1 month waiting until there was an answer and when I got it it came with a defect. I waited another month, with no return. When I called for information, they were not open and supportive of the situation. Totally dissatisfied.

Me propus à fazer uma campanha de oração pelos dentistas, pois eram repetidos os problemas deles e decidi procurar outra clínica. Oremos ?
Terrible of the worst, I waited 1 month for an appointment and two days before they rescheduled alleging personal problems from the dentist, this was repeated for "amazing" 4 times.
