★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, funcionários é enfermeiras muito simpáticas e atenciosas, o hospital em si deixa um pouco a desejar com relação a estrutura, mais o que esperar do sistema SUS!?
Um ponto muito negativo é médico chamado Dr Pedro Alves, ele não atenção ao paciente na hora da consulta, várias pessoas falam mal dele, só atesta o mau profissional que ele é, se por acaso forem fazer alguma cirurgia lá aconselho que não seja com ele!
 Excellent service, staff are very friendly and caring nurses, the hospital itself leaves a little to be desired in relation to the structure, more what to expect from the SUS system!
A very negative point is the doctor named Dr Pedro Alves, he does not care for the patient at the time of the consultation, several people speak ill of him, he only attests to the poor professional that he is, if by chance you are going to have any surgery there, I advise you not to do it with him !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal fui atendida e ñ gostei achei uma falta de Educação da parte das atendente liguei hoje pr marca um exame varias vezes pois alguém tirou o telefone do gancho e ñ respondia nada novamente liguei aconteceu a mesma coisa isso e uma falta de respeito com as pessoas estou decepcionada
I was barely attended and I didn't like it I found a lack of education on the part of the attendant I called today to schedule an exam several times because someone took the phone off the hook and didn't answer anything again I called the same thing happened and a lack of respect with people I am disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre um desperdício de dinheiro e tempo! Vc paga, aguarda para escutar que é melhor procurar outro médico.
Parece brincadeira, estão brincando de médico. Como Vitória não tem opção as pessoas vão pra Apami tomar soro!!! Além de nos dias de hoje, não aceitarem cartões nem débito nem crédito, então aconselho quem for passar mal passe em horário que possa fazer um saque!
Muito ruim mesmo!
As always a waste of money and time! You pay, wait to hear that it is better to see another doctor.
It seems like a joke, they are playing doctor. As Vitória has no option, people go to Apami to take serum !!! In addition to not accepting either debit or credit cards these days, I advise anyone who is going to be sick at times that can make a withdrawal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha cirurgia no dia 07/12/2020 .Paguei minha cirurgia particular , depois da cirurgia fiquei na infermaria do SUS cheguei na infermaria era 11:00 passei a tarde a noite na infermaria , um lugar horrível colchão duro banho gelado, no calor . As enfermeiras ótimas bem prestativa, a limpeza do ambiente muito boa . Passei uma noite de terror cheia de dor , não chamaram o médico de plantão p mudar a medicação. No outro dia as 11:00 me trocaram de lugar , depois de 24 horas de sofrimento me colocaram no quarto particular . Não indico esse hospital p ninguém . Eles não tem respeito aos pacientes .
I had my surgery on 12/07/2020. I paid for my private surgery, after the surgery I stayed at the SUS hospital I arrived at the hospital it was 11:00 am I spent the night at the hospital, a horrible place, hard mattress, cold bath, in the heat. The great nurses were very helpful, the cleanliness of the environment very good. I spent a night of terror full of pain, they did not call the doctor on duty to change the medication. The other day at 11:00 they changed me, after 24 hours of suffering they put me in the private room. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. They have no respect for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi me consultar no clínico geral . O atendimento estava marcado para as 09:30 o médico chegou era 10:15 e começou a atender as 10:40 . Atendimento horrível

I loved the service, the doctors were attentive, the nurses were wonderful and a great nurse, I haven't been able to talk for a week that I've been here with my son and the service is great.
