★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperava muito mais de uma confeitaria tão antiga na cidade! Aliás, pela qualidade dos bolos, que é o carro chefe do estabelecimento, muito me admira estar em funcionamento há tanto tempo!
A começar pelo atendimento que é feito com total desleixo e descaso. Parece que estão a prestar um favor e simplesmente não ouvem as solicitações dos clientes, o bolo estava tão doce e enjoativo que tornou-se impossível comer um pedaço pequeno por inteiro. Isso porque fiz uma solicitação expressa para que o bolo fosse o menos doce possível e a “atendente” com o maior pouco caso disse que com isso não precisava me preocupar... Imagina só se tivesse que me preocupar!!
Não trabalham com bolo vendido por peso e sim unidade. Com isso mascaram o preço altíssimo que cobram!
Pena não ser possível dar menos do que 1 estrela!!

It looks like they are doing a favor and just do not listen to customer requests, the cake was so sweet and cloying that it became impossible to eat a small piece in full. That's because I made an express request for the cake to be as sweet as possible and the "attendant" with the slightest case said that with this I did not have to worry ... Imagine only if I had to worry !!
Do not work with cake sold by weight and yes unit. With this they mask the very high price they charge!
Too bad it's not possible to give less than 1 star !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente os dois bolos que encomendei em 11 de junho vieram sem sabor, ao cortar soltavam as camadas, massa não estava leve, isso porque eram pequenos, imagina se fossem maiores.
Fiquei constrangida, pois eram para meus pais, uma pequena comemoração de aniversário de 55 anos de casamento deles.
