 We bought a trip for the 24/10 they canceled with 3 days left for the trip.. canceled they didn't give back and when they did they said they'll refund the money in 60 days absurd!! People don't fall for this scam

Contratei uma viagem, paguei, após isso demoravam dias para responder.
Faltando 2 dias desmarcaram a viagem, deram um prazo de 10 dias para estorno.
Já passou o prazo e não houve estorno, muito menos uma satisfação, ao tentar contato, apenas resposta automática.
Não tem credibilidade alguma.
My experience was terrible.
I hired a trip, paid for it, after which they took days to respond.
With 2 days to go, they canceled the trip, gave a period of 10 days for reversal.
The deadline has passed and there was no chargeback, much less satisfaction, when trying to contact, just an automatic response.
It has no credibility.
