★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, Constrangedor , imagine vc chegar com uma máquina para um serviço técnico e o atendente , de longe , fala _ Nós não atendemos esse produto, _Eu perplexo perguntei por que , o Atendente responde , por que o produto é velho demais .
Olha só ele nem se quer me deu a chance de falar qual era o problema nem de saber , (era uma simples solda .)
Mas ele não quis saber , e mesmo na frente e com apoio da proprietária eles me ignoraram .
Perdeu alguns clientes , isso ainda vou passar para a Bosh.
Terrible, embarrassing, imagine you arrive with a machine for a technical service and the attendant, from afar, says _ We do not attend this product, _I was perplexed and asked why, the Attendant answers, why the product is too old.
Look at him, he didn't even give me the chance to talk about the problem or to know, (it was a simple solder.)
But he didn't want to know, and even in front and with support from the owner they ignored me.
