Na Terça-feira (6/11) levei uma mochila para ser consertada, a pessoa que pegou o serviço nem queria me dar um comprovante da O.S., eu quem exigi. No entanto ele me entregou e disse que o serviço ficava pronto na quarta-feira dia (7/11). Fui buscar a mochila hoje, sexta-feira (9/11) e além de não acharem a mochila de primeira, descobrimos que o serviço não tinha sido feito após acharem a mochila em uma bagunça infinda. Um dos funcionários (não sei se o proprietário), após a minha reclamação pelo serviço que não foi cumprido, tentou justificar a situação (com arrogância) lendo a O.S. que eu havia entregado, alegou que o serviço estava previsto para o dia 9/11,ou seja, hoje. Mesmo se o serviço tivesse sido feito, eu ainda estaria certa (sem saber) indo buscar a mochila. Como eu não estava afim de prosseguir com uma discussão incabível, deixei-o falando sozinho. Não recomendo o serviço.
 Bad experience!
On Tuesday (6/11) I took a backpack to be repaired, the person who took the service didn't even want to give me a proof of the O.S., I demanded it. However he delivered it to me and said that the service was ready on Wednesday (7/11). I went to get the backpack today, Friday (9/11) and besides not finding the backpack at first, we found out that the service had not been done after finding the backpack in an endless mess. One of the employees (I don't know if the owner), after my complaint for the service that was not fulfilled, tried to justify the situation (arrogantly) by reading the OS that I had delivered, claimed that the service was scheduled for 9/11 , that is, today. Even if the job had been done, I would still be right (unknowingly) going to get the backpack. As I was not in the mood to continue with an unavoidable discussion, I left him talking to himself. I do not recommend the service.
