★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi o pior atendimento que tive de todas as lojas que já visitei em Fortaleza, impressionante a falta de vontade, o despreparo, fora que a etiqueta tem um valor e querem lhe cobrar outro valor com acréscimo de mais de 100 reais, eu nunca mais entro nesta loja tentei falar com o gerente nem este me atendeu para que eu pudesse informar na hora o que aconteceu comigo, mais eu sou dono do meu dinheiro e fui comprar em outro local em que respeitem o cliente. Tem que todos passarem por curso de atendimento ao cliente pois tenho certeza que o dono não sabe que estão fazendo com a sua loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na unidade do Centro atendimento foi nota mil,a unidade da Washington Soares tambem foi nota mil mas na unidade Maracanaú não sei por qual motivo ,o atendimento é muito fraco,deixa a desejar,vendedores com cara fechada e com pouca vontade de vender,se esse problema for resolvido,a loja fica 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo sem preço , mal organizado , prateleiras vazias , pequenas montanhas de produtos tipo furadeira , serra mármore na entrada com varias caixas violadas e bem sujas, gostei dos cachorrinhos nas prateleiras !
