★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma na mão do dono, mas a casa estava na imobiliária me fizeram fazer um contrato com a mesma e pagar caução de 3 meses fora a taxa de manutenção, a casa começou a dar problema elétricos e eles resolveram pedir a casa, e agora não devolvem o caução sendo que me deram prazo para sair da casa mas não para me devolver o dinheiro, entro em contato na empresa e nem resposta eles me dão!
I rented one in the owner's hand, but the house was at the real estate agency, they made me make a contract with it and pay a deposit for 3 months apart from the maintenance fee, the house started to have electrical problems and they decided to ask for the house, and now it doesn't they return the deposit and they gave me a deadline to leave the house but not to return the money, I contact the company and they don't even give me an answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma casa pela empresa, deu um problema de encanamento e a Aplik ignorou o concerto, ficamos mais de mês com a infiltração no quarto e só conseguimos resolver o problema quando contatamos diretamente com o dono. E depois eles realizam uma vistoria que fazem você pagar até os desgaste que acontecem normalmente no imóvel que não foi o que você quebrou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na sexta com minha irmã e marido, olhar apartamento p minha irmã, estava quase fechando, o rapaz que nos tendeu foi super simpático e atencioso, junto com outra mulher....gastou tempo com a gente, me surpreendeu pelo horário de fechamento.. Nada a reclamar .... Vou retornar!!!!!
I went on Friday with my sister and husband, to look at my sister's apartment, it was almost closing, the guy who tended to us was super nice and attentive, along with another woman.... he spent time with us, surprised me by the closing time .. Nothing to complain.... I will return!!!!!
