★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho elogios! Desde que o condomínio onde moro contratou a Apoex, só tivemos boas experiências. Nos auxiliaram muito em várias pendências, sempre atenciosos e prestativos, tiram dúvidas, orientam. E no que cabe a eles, cumprem muito bem com todos os atributos de uma administradora de condomínios.
Vi comentários negativos abaixo que com ctza são de pessoas que não entendem qual é o papel da administradora, nem sequer entendem como um condomínio funiona, então acabam os prejudicando com notas baixas que não condizem com a realidade.
I only have praise! Since the condominium where I live hired Apoex, we've only had good experiences. They helped us a lot in several pending issues, always attentive and helpful, answering questions, guiding us. And as far as they are concerned, they comply very well with all the attributes of a condominium manager.
I saw negative comments below that, with ctza, are from people who don't understand what the role of the administrator is, they don't even understand how a condominium works, so they end up harming them with low grades that don't match reality.

Tudo que é SOLICITADO eles são muito ágeis!
Sempre dando IDEIAS de como melhorar o condomínio.
Deveria estar no TOPO da MELHOR Administradora, isso porque eu sou muito EXIGENTE na minha escolha, e quando faço ELOGIOS, é porque VALE a pena.
E para os CRÍTICOS de plantão procure saber os deveres de uma Administradora, até porque tem Assembleia para decidir questões e é o que precisa ser SEGUIDO.
APOEX é ótima, SUPER indico e RECOMENDO se você quer uma Administradora EFICAZ.

Always giving IDEAS on how to improve the condo.
It should be at the TOP of the BEST Administrator, that's because I'm very DEMANDING in my choice, and when I give PRAISE, it's because IT'S WORTH IT.
And for the CRITICS on duty, try to know the duties of an Administrator, because there is an Assembly to decide issues and that's what needs to be FOLLOWED.
APOEX is great, I HIGHLY recommend it and I RECOMMEND it if you want an EFFECTIVE Admin.
